We are super excited to see Shirlí Muldoon of Vitality Vibe return to NEBA next week. She is a YogaBody certified breathing coach and has participated in workshops with Patrick McKeown, author of The Oxygen Advantage.

Her passion for physical and mental health is evident in her teachings and she leaves her audiences feeling inspired and motivated.

Shirli will present "Change your Breath - Change your Life"

Breathing has such an immediate impact on your mind and body.

Reduced rate breathing can stimulate a rest and digest state to help with sleep, stress and anxiety.

Rapid, pulsed breathing increases energy, prepares one for exercise, long drives or business meetings.

Diaphragmatic breathing massages the Vagus Nerve and reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress.

During the session, Shirli will teach 3 different breathing techniques and the group will practice them together, so that you can experience first hand the effects of altering the breath and feel confident in practicing by yourself.

Lisa explored real-life situations where the lack of speaking up and listening up has cost lives and impacted businesses.

We looked at the moral and ethical benefits of creating psychological safety as well as the business case for this approach.

Lisa shared some simple steps leaders can take to create and nurture psychological safety in their workplaces.
