Our Smallies at Sean MacDermott Street Afterschool enjoyed a fun and hands-on activity yesterday, creating a colourful collage mural using glue and paper cut-outs ✨

🖼️ A fantastic trip to the with CASPr’s English for Beginners class!

Everyone really enjoyed exploring the beautiful artwork and taking time to look, talk, and learn together. It was also a great opportunity to practise English in a relaxed and enjoyable setting, outside the classroom 💛

A big thank you to our wonderful tutor Emer and our bus driver Alan for helping to make the day such a positive experience.

We also really appreciate the support of , who fund this programme and make learning opportunities like this possible 👏🏻

Last week, the children at the CASPr Creche became very interested in the construction work happening in Diamond Square Park 👷🚧

Through play and activities, they spent time learning about builders, tools, and construction work — and had great fun becoming little builders themselves 😊

Tomorrow, we are delighted to launch United Voices, a brand-new podcast series created by the younger children of CASPr Afterschool.

In this series, the children share their thoughts and experiences on topics such as respect, equality, diversity, inclusion, and standing up for themselves and others. 🌍✨

United Voices funded NY the NEIC initiative gives children the opportunity to express their ideas, learn from one another, and take part in important conversations about kindness, fairness, and belonging.

We’ll be kicking things off with the release of our first two episodes tomorrow — and we can’t wait to share them with you! 💛
