🌿 Positive Ageing Week is almost here! 🌿

We’d love to welcome you to Sandymount Community Centre next week as we celebrate Positive Ageing Week, 28th September – 2nd October! 💚

We have a lovely week of activities planned, with something for everyone — from Pilates, yoga and Tai Chi to our Walk & Talk, Digital Drop-In, Home from Home, Sing Anyway! and more.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to get out and about, try something new, meet people and enjoy some time together in the community. 😊
