Model Railway Society of Ireland Home of model railways in north Dublin. based at the old fire station, Dorset St, Dublin 1. There is NO joining fee.

Our current membership rates currently stand at โ‚ฌ75.00 for all members. Persons under the age of 16 years must be accompanied at all times by a (fully paid) parent or guardian. Membership runs from January 1st to December 31st each year. If you join during November or December your membership is valid until the end of the following December. Please make cheques payable to The Model Railway Society of Ireland. We help promote & support model railways throughout Ireland!

Murphy 201 No 220 running on our communal 00 gauge layout last night pulling a rake of container wagons this model is owned by MRSI member Liam Mullins.

We were lucky enough to be invited around to MRSI member Sean Hoganโ€™s home today where we got eyes on his personal layout absolutely fabulous piece of work this is. It features two continuous loops with two tracks coming of the mainline into an incline and ends with a massive station terminus and an absolute ton of beautiful details! Thanks Sean!
