📢 Important update for Turkish Agreement applicants in Ireland.
Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) has advised that there are currently delays in processing Turkish Agreement applications. Applications submitted in early April are currently being processed.
If you are on Stamp 1 and waiting for a decision, ISD advises you to renew your Stamp 1 permission where possible while you wait.
For any queries about your renewal, submit them through the ISD Customer Service Portal 👉 portal.irishimmigration.ie

These changes could take effect in the next few months (even though we will do everything we can to stop it!).

It is important to act quickly. You have just 28 days to submit your Redundancy Notification Form to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment and 6 months to apply for a new permit with a new employer.
Your new permit application will not require a Labour Market Needs Test.
