After the parade, join us in Merrion Square for a packed party programme! Pride Square 2 is a free, unticketed, full-day festival event proudly supported by Dublin City Council Dublin City County, the Department of Children, Disability and Equality Department of Children, Equality and Disability, the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport Department of Culture, Communications and Sport and our generous sponsors Volkswagen Ireland Volkswagen, Sky Ireland Sky, Just Eat Ireland Just Eat and Pride At Work Ireland.
A queueing system with bag searches is in operation to enter the park. Make your way along Merrion Square South and enter the park through Merrion Square East. There is also an accessibility entrance on Merrion Square West. Once the park reaches capacity, admission is on a one in-one out basis. Queues can be quite long during busy periods, but it tends to go in waves, so if you find the queue is long on arrival, go for a stroll or a snack, and it may subside.
After speeches from our community leaders, our Grand Marshall Philippa Ryder Philippa Ryder and our Special Guest Jay Toole Jay Toole, we have a packed programme of live music, drag, cabaret and burlesque perfomances with our MCs Paul Ryder Paul Ryder and Phil T Gorgeous Phil T. Gorgeous and banging beats from Ruth Dignam DJ Ruth culminating in our now legendary Pride Céilí with Trad Is Amach.
