The Carlow Heritage Potato Project will conclude with a special event at Library on Friday, 21 August at 2pm.

Supported by Carlow County Council and the Carlow County Council Commemorations Committee, the project has explored Ireland's potato-growing heritage through the cultivation of both heritage and modern varieties. Attendees will have an opportunity to see the potatoes being dug, compare the results, and enjoy samples of traditional and modern potato dishes, courtesy of Bia Blasta.

The Drummin Bog Project, St. Mullins Committee would greatly appreciate support in celebrating the final phase of this unique project!
