From meeting charity partners and reviewing charity projects to event planning and pitching, you’ll be getting your hands dirty with work that actually matters. While we are currently gearing up for our first summer batch, OSC welcomes passionate interns all year round!

The Operation Santa Claus team is honoured to be invited by the Christian Action Centre for Refugees for a catch-up on their employability programme, one of the OSC 2023 charity projects.

Now in its third year of support, this initiative does more than just train - it matches diverse refugee clients with real job opportunities.

In Hong Kong, displaced individuals often face years of uncertainty. While this programme provides vital dignity, purpose, and future-readiness, there is still much more work to be done long-term to break down the barriers these individuals face.
