Even though these girls live at the PB Children's Village, they are still deeply loved by their families. One father shared how his daughter, once quite stubborn when she arrived two years ago, has since grown into someone who handles her emotions with remarkable maturity. 💛
The social workers, who see the girls every day, know them well and shared heartfelt, honest glimpses into their daily life together.
The evening closed with former residents reflecting on their years at the Village, some having stayed for a few years, others for up to seventeen. Revisiting cherished memories with old housemates moved many to tears. 🥹


宿生們同樣擁有深愛她們的家人。其中一位父親分享道，女兒兩年前入住兒童村時仍稚氣任性，如今在心理素質及自我調整能力上已有顯著成長。💛

駐院社工每日與女孩們相處，對她們的性格與習慣瞭如指掌，分享中盡是最真實的日常點滴。
最後，幾位已離院的宿生回憶起在院內生活數年至十七年的歲月，與舍友的種種回憶湧上心頭，場面感人，不少人感動落淚。🥹

✨ To give their best performance at the ceremony, the girls dedicated their free time and rest periods to rehearse tirelessly — showcasing Chinese dance, Hip Hop, and Pop dance, each with its own unique flair. The younger girls sang and danced with warm, adorable energy, radiant as sunflowers. 🌻

Beyond their dazzling stage performances, the girls also excelled in dormitory organization, cooking, personal care, and looking after their roommates — earning them numerous well-deserved awards. 💛
The volunteer teams' tireless dedication has been consistently recognized by the Children's Village, while the social workers who care for residents and oversee meals remain the indispensable heart of daily life there. 🙏



✨ 為了在嘉許禮上呈現最完美的表演，兒童村的女孩們犧牲了課餘及休息時間反覆練習—中國舞、Hip Hop、流行舞蹈，各展風格；年紀較小的女孩則獻唱歌曲，如向日葵般溫暖可愛地手舞足蹈。🌻
除了舞台上的亮眼表現，女孩們在家舍整理、烹飪、個人護理及照顧舍友等方面同樣表現出色，並因此獲得多項殊榮。💛
各機構的義工團隊一直默默付出、堅持不懈，其努力備受兒童村肯定；而在家舍中悉心照顧宿生、負責膳食的社工們，更是兒童村不可或缺的靈魂人物。🙏

We were pleased to attend the Precious Blood Children's Village 2025–2026 Award Presentation Ceremony, themed "Let Me Shine."

This year, the girls courage and dedication in their studies and personal development, friendships, and family life. The evening featured heartfelt performances, much-deserved awards, and words of encouragement from Dr. Gi Chao, Chairman of Faith in Love.

Our Oh English girls are back on their exploration journey! This week,
Ms. Karen led them through team-building games that sharpened their English
listening, quick thinking & teamwork skills. 🎯

Then came the geography challenge: connecting Hong Kong to the world &
learning to plan trips using distance calculations. But the real highlight?
Ms. Karen shared her backpacking adventures—the challenges, the solutions,
the lessons learned. 🌍✨

When education meets real-world storytelling, magic happens. Our girls
didn't just learn geography—they discovered the confidence to explore. 💚

🎨 Creative Workshop: Slime-Making Fun!

On April 20, our Oh English girls came together for a hands-on creative
workshop led by four amazing student volunteers from Hong Kong International
College—Gabby, Chloe, Aina, and Rei.

Through slime-making, the girls explored stress relief, sensory experiences,
and creative problem-solving. It was a wonderful day filled with laughter,
learning, and meaningful connection!

Big thanks to our volunteers for bringing joy to our community. 💚

Art transcends borders. 🎨 This week, we welcomed Ms. Jil Wu, an acclaimed educator from Taiwan, who introduced our students to the rich tradition of Ukiyo-e art. Through creating personalized art cards and writing gratitude messages, the girls not only deepened their artistic appreciation but also discovered their inner voice through creative expression.
