(6月23日) 香港獨立非執行董事協會（HKiNEDA）一行50人，深感榮幸應邀到訪廉政公署（ICAC）總部，參與專題講座及參觀活動。衷心感謝ICAC的悉心安排與親切接待，讓我們度過了一個內容豐富、啟迪深遠的下午。

講座由ICAC香港商業道德發展中心總幹事林淑儀女士主講，內容聚焦獨立非執行董事在企業誠信管治中的關鍵把關角色。林女士深入剖析防貪法規及上市公司常見的道德風險，並透過真實個案，闡述董事如何在董事會層面有效推行誠信管理制度。會員更與林女士及總防貪主任葉錦峰先生，就ICAC為上市公司董事提供的防貪諮詢服務及全新製作的培訓影片進行深入交流，加深了對合規要求及企業誠信管治的全面理解。

講座後，會員在ICAC防止貪污處助理處長黎偉基先生及廉署人員帶領下參觀了ICAC展覽廳，回顧香港自上世紀七十年代起由貪腐嚴重的社會，逐步蛻變為國際公認廉潔之都的歷程，讓大家深切體會到肅貪倡廉成果的得來不易。參觀結束後，眾人在ICAC著名的「一九七四」咖啡廳茶敘，在輕鬆氛圍中交流是日所學，並探討如何將誠信理念融入企業治理架構。

此行不僅加深了獨立非執董對反貪法規的掌握，更強化了大家以專業所長維護企業廉潔、守護社會公義的使命感。參與者一致認為，獨立非執董作為企業的監督者，必須時刻保持警覺，方能為香港的可持續發展築牢誠信根基。是次參訪，我們再次感受到ICAC在推動商業道德與誠信管治方面的卓越貢獻，獲益良多。
