Another great turn out today at our Welcome Platter Lunch Club(even if I couldn’t talk)

Today we make a Pan-seared lamb steak, served over velvety sweet potato mash with a smooth swede purée. Finished with garden peas, a rich garlic and herb sauce, and crisp seasonal vegetable crisps. Every element prepared from scratch.

Dessert - sweet pancakes with a blueberry compote.

call in and visit our Pot Bach Siop Coffi Tynewydd, we have Tynewydd grown and prepared Jam £2 a jar, 100% locally grown strawberrys, no artifical additives, no air miles, 100% recycle jars. All funds go to supporting Lili Harris fund rasing for Cystic Fibrosis
