We had the most amazing day at Rockfield Studios, Monmouth today led by the fantastic Ward family who set the studios up in 1961
To be in the studios where Bohemian Rhapsody was recorded and so many legendary bands and artists have been through was absolutely incredible
Thank you so very much to the Ward family for their fantastic hospitality and a truly unforgettable experience

Early this morning, we took a donation of food down to Tonypandy Fire Station, to say a huge THANK YOU to our firemen and women for the tireless work they have done over the last few weeks, keeping everyone safe, Tonypandy Fire Station, have quite a few ex military service men and women working there, so we thought it fitting to make the donation to them. Hope you enjoy going back to cooking some lovely meals, rather than just grabbing snacks and eating on the go, these men and women have been working all over RCT, and Gwent. Thank you, to the whole of South Wales Fire service for keeping everyone safe 🥰 Rhian Elizabeth

We are delighted to have received a donation of trees from R & M Williams Ltd construction company, who have a contract to develop an area in the centre of Bristol. The trees were identified for removal and Freya Church in R&M, who has collaborated with us for a number of years, knew we have a large nature area and offered the trees to us which we gratefully accepted. We worked closely with their contractors and ecologist, who attended our site to assess the environment, which was identified as being suitable for them to be transplanted to us and they were delivered and installed yesterday
This was great collaboration between R&M Williams and MIMO Construction, who also installed the horse training arena on our site and is one of the largest social inclusion projects they have undertaken to date
We are sincerely grateful to everyone involved in this project and especially Freya for including us in this partnership

A wonderful day over the centre for our Kings Award for Voluntary Service, it was humbling to see so many of our veterans, and our supporters, and dignitaries there to mark this special occasion, a huge thank you to everyone, but a reminder that today was all about our WONDERFUL VOLUNTEERS, who never fail to turn up, and do whatever is needed, from the horses, the garden, opening up the centre, setting up for Wednesday drop in, Thursday breakfast club, cooking, clearing away, shopping, standard bearers, bugle player, taking the money on a Thursday morning, being a handyman, digger operator, bee keeper, IT support, my gosh the list goes on and on, TODAY was all about YOU WONDERFUL PEOPLE, who keep everything ticking over, giving your time without hesitation, we couldn't manage without all your input, so a MASSIVE THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts, together we are definitely stronger, what a team 🥰 Diolch yn fawr iawn I chi gyd .
