Huge thanks to Andy in for arranging tickets for last night’s Dragons RFC v Zebre match. Our friends in the Royal Welsh Band & Drums Association in Newport took advantage of the free tickets and had a great night
Other Dragons European fixtures are available, so please check the photo below for matches and please contact Andy directly on his email

We had the greatest pleasure to be invited to the Principality Stadium by R&M Williams as part of their Social Value collaboration with us, Army in Wales and RFCA for Wales
Sincere thanks to Freya Church and the senior executives of R&M Williams for their fantastic support to us and the amazing hospitality today, including a VIP tour

Rogue’s gallery from this morning’s Support Hub. Music corner was in full swing, Des Sparey came up trumps again with poppy Welsh cakes, Keith Williams made a currant cake and the local WI presented us with a poppy wreath
Always a pleasure to welcome Becci from Diabetes UK, Sian and Claire from Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind, Grant our Chaplain, Darren from Treharne Travel and it was our pleasure to meet Doug who visited us from Woodys Lodge 'Giving Space and Time'
Thank you to Alan John Jones for the photos
