We support over 200 people across Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Torfaen to have voice, choice and control over their lives.

🏒 An Overnight Adventure in Cardiff Bay! 🌊🏨

Our members had a fantastic time enjoying an overnight stay in Cardiff Bay as part of our Unpaid Carers Grant! ❤️

The highlight of the trip was watching an exciting Ice Hockey match between Cardiff Fire and Solent Devils. It was a brilliant opportunity for everyone to experience something a little different, enjoy the atmosphere, and spend quality time together. 🏒👏

It was lovely to see everyone making memories, enjoying a change of scenery, and having the chance to relax and have fun together. Experiences like these are so important, giving our members something exciting to look forward to and the opportunity to enjoy new activities and experiences. 🥰

A massive thank you to the team at Premier Inn Cardiff Bay for being so welcoming and amazing with our members throughout their stay. Your kindness and support helped make the experience even more enjoyable, and we really appreciate it! 💙

A wonderful overnight adventure filled with fun, laughter, and memories to treasure. Thank you to everyone who helped make it possible! ❤️🙌
