THE BONFIRE
Pattishall Playing Field will be accepting wood for the bonfire over the weekend of 31 October and 1 November. Wood only please. For contributions the posts at the side of the Hall will be removed and the yellow height barrier will be open. An area will be marked out so please bring along any wood to make it a great bonfire. As mentioned above wood only. Thank you

Following what we believe was our 𝘽𝙄𝙂𝙂𝙀𝙎𝙏 𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙉𝙊𝙐𝙏 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧, Pattishall’s much-loved annual Bonfire & Fireworks Night is back, and we’re hoping to make 2026 even bigger and better! 🎇

Last year, we were blessed with almost perfect conditions — dry, relatively mild and barely a breath of wind — helping bring an incredible crowd together from across Pattishall Parish and our surrounding villages.

One of our parish’s much-loved community initiatives makes its welcome return 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝟮𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗢𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗕𝗘𝗥, for the 2026/27 autumn and winter season!

Lovingly organised by Suzanne R***r, President of Pattishall WI, and her wonderful team of WI volunteers, the café offers delicious homemade food, fantastic value and, most importantly, a warm, friendly atmosphere! ❤️

And what a menu to kick things off! 😋 Homemade mushroom soup, beef stew in a giant Yorkshire pudding, bacon rolls, chunky cod fish finger rolls, jacket potatoes and plenty of delicious cakes!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month since our 2026 Pattishall Parish Hall Fundraising Quiz Night!

What a brilliant evening it was! 🙌

We welcomed 40 participants across 6 teams, filling our Small Hall for an evening of food, fun, laughter and plenty of friendly competition! 🧠🏆

And judging by the impressive collection of empty bottles at the end of the night… you were certainly a thirsty bunch too! 😂🍻🍷

In fact, you managed to completely wipe us out of several items on our bottle bar, helping us achieve over £300 in bar takings alone! 🍻👏

But most importantly…

❤️💷 𝗧𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗫𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 £𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡! 💷❤️

As a charity, the Pattishall Parish Hall Charity Association relies on the support of our community and the success of fundraising events like our Quiz Night to help us continue maintaining, improving and investing in our wonderful facilities.

The money raised contributes towards ongoing maintenance and capital investment projects, including the recent additional improvement works to the side of the Parish Hall building (pictured), alongside other upgrades and enhancements designed to improve the functionality and usability of our facilities.

These investments help ensure that Pattishall Parish Hall & Playing Fields remain fantastic community facilities for residents of Pattishall Parish and beyond, both now and for many years to come! ❤️

And we’ve certainly got plenty more improvements we’d love to deliver! 🙌
