The Gardening Team has been busy this week and today tackled the beds at Richmond Road.

Winter bedding has gone in and the pavements weeded!

The WI Gardening Team planted up the WI planters in Sponne Shopping Centre today.

There are lots of bulbs in the planters too so we are hoping for a good show in the spring.

Thanks go to our sponsors for providing us with funds to cover the cost of the plants etc.

Lovely message from 100 Ladles:

We are so grateful for the generosity from the members of Towcester Evening WI and Towcester Community Fridge for this fabulous donation of many essential items for our cooks and our drinks station.

One of our meals last night cooked by Fay Tennet used some of the donated ingredients. Our service and our guests will be benefiting from this donation for weeks ahead.

Thank you for thinking of our service, very much appreciated ❤️❤️❤️

Wow! Look at all the generous donations our members brought along to our October meeting for the 100 Ladles Charity - Action for Homelessness and Hunger.

Our member, Fay, will be taking the donations along to the charity today where she wil be serving food to the homeless.

Thanks go to Towcester Community Fridge and a member of the public who also made contributions to our donations.
