🖊️ OTPSCC Lucky Pen Prize Draw Rules
1. Eligibility
All exhibitors entered in the show are automatically included in the Lucky Pen Prize Draw.Each exhibitor’s pen number is entered once for each exhibit.If an exhibit is entered in both shows, that exhibit counts as two entries.Multiple exhibits increase the number of entries accordingly.Committee members are eligible provided they have entered the show.Exhibitors who do not wish to take part must notify the Show Manager before the show date so their pen number can be removed from the draw.
2. Entry Allocation
Entries are based solely on the official pen numbers recorded for each exhibit.Each exhibit = 1 entry.Each exhibit entered in both shows = 2 entries.
3. Consent for Publicity
By participating in the Lucky Pen Prize Draw, exhibitors give permission for their name, their cat’s name, and any photographs taken at the show to be shared on social media and with show sponsors.Exhibitors who prefer not to have their details or photos used must opt out of the draw by contacting the Show Manager before the show date.
4. Prizes
The prizes are various items, as advertised on the show’s social media posts.Before each pen number is drawn, the organisers will announce which prize is being drawn for.There will be multiple winners, with a separate draw for each prize.No cash alternatives are available, and prizes are non‑transferable.
5. Draw Process
The Lucky Pen draws will take place live in the hall next to the show hall, in the presence of exhibitors, after the show hall closes for judging to commence.For each prize, a pen number will be selected at random from all valid entries.If the exhibitor of the winning pen number does not wish to accept the prize for any reason, they may decline it and another pen number will be drawn.The Organisers decision is final.Prize Display: To allow other exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to see the sponsors' products, prizes must not be removed before 2:00
6. Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced immediately during the live draw.Winners may also be acknowledged on social media and with sponsors, as per the publicity consent above.
7. Fair Participation
Any attempt to manipulate entries or interfere with the draw may result in disqualification.The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw if necessary
