After 19 years of dedicated service, Helen Milroy, our Director of Operations, will shortly be retiring from Newbury Cancer Care.

Helen’s commitment, compassion and professionalism have played a huge part in shaping the charity, and she leaves with our deepest thanks and appreciation.

Although she will be greatly missed by colleagues and her wide network of contacts, we are delighted for Helen as she begins this exciting new chapter and wish her every happiness for the future.

Grateful thanks to , his staff and lovely customers at the Old London Apprentice for the fabulous donation of £600 raised at their local Beer and Cider Festival. We will use the donation towards the purchase of a Cuddle Bed for the new Butterfly Rooms at WBCH.

We're delighted to welcome Eleanor Gilbert, The Berkshire Farm Girl, as the first-ever Ambassador for Newbury Cancer Care.

As a local cancer charity, Newbury Cancer Care is committed to raising awareness about early detection and the importance of knowing the signs. Bladder cancer is often treatable when caught early. Understanding the symptoms and seeking medical advice promptly can make a significant difference.
