Maybe you didn’t tick everything off your list. Maybe things went wrong. Maybe you’re ending the week feeling exhausted, disappointed, overwhelmed or simply relieved that it’s over.

That’s okay.

The week is done now. Be kind to yourself. Take the lessons, leave the guilt and give yourself permission to rest.
