☀️ CRESTFEST UPDATE – THE EVENT IS STILL GOING AHEAD! ☀️

With the warm weather forecast, we want to reassure everyone that CRESTFest is still going ahead as planned and a full risk assessment has been completed to ensure the day is safe, comfortable and enjoyable for all.

To help everyone stay cool, we have the following measures in place:

💧 Free water available throughout the day
🌳 Shady garden space outside
🏠 Plenty of indoor space to keep cool
🎤 All acts and performances moved indoors
⛺ Gazebos available outside for stalls needing shade
🥗 CREST Café will be serving a cold menu only to help reduce heat in the building
🌮 Our taco stand will still be attending if you’d like something hot to eat
🍦 Ice cream van on site to help keep everyone cool

🎶 All acts, artists, speakers and workshops are still going ahead as planned.

⏰ Please note: To avoid the late afternoon heat, CRESTFest will now finish at 4:00pm.

Don’t forget your sun cream, stay hydrated, and make the most of what promises to be a fantastic day! 😎☀️

We look forward to seeing you there! 🎉💙
