InclusAbility

InclusAbility Creating safe and inclusive environments for families with adults and children with additional needs.

We all have abilities and we offer an environment where everyone can explore their potential πŸ’™πŸ©·πŸ’š We are a not for profit organisation set up to support adults and children with disabilities. We have a passion for improving the lives of those families that are affected by a disability and believe in creating a culture of inclusivity. We strongly believe that we all have abilities, just some have di

fferent abilities to others which shouldn't be held back by lack of opportunity or access to development. We run a variety of activities to benefit the local community that have children or young adults with additional learning needs. Our objective is to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular local communities that have children or young adults with additional learning needs, encouraging and enabling inclusion and support for all. We are passionate about extending our provision of outdoor exploratory learning to include pre-school and those that may not have had the opportunity previously.

πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ©· Happy Volunteers' Week! πŸ©·πŸ’™πŸ’š

At InclusAbility, we are incredibly fortunate to have a fantastic team of volunteers who help make so many of our activities and events possible.

Whether they're setting up, welcoming families, supporting activities, making cups of tea, lending a listening ear, sharing a laugh, or simply being there when needed, their contribution makes a real difference.

Our volunteers help create safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces where children, young people and families can connect, have fun and feel part of a community.

They give their time freely, often behind the scenes and without seeking recognition, but their impact is felt by everyone they support.

To each and every one of our volunteers...thank you.

Thank you for your compassion, enthusiasm, commitment and belief in what we do.

We genuinely couldn't do it without you, and we are proud to have you as part of Team InclusAbility.

πŸ’š You are appreciated.
πŸ’™ You are valued.
🩷 You make a difference.

Happy Volunteers' Week!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our Nature Craft session and braved the heat with us β˜€οΈπŸŒΏ

It was amazing to see so much creativity, imagination, and individuality shine through in every creation. From natural treasures to crafty masterpieces, everyone brought their own ideas and personalities into the session, and it was lovely to watch confidence and creativity grow throughout the day. πŸƒβœ¨

Thank you to BAVO for making these sessions possible. Also our volunteer Kirsty for providing these well thought out ideas and bringing her forest school training ideas to life.

You were all incredible πŸ‘ β€” thank you for being part of it πŸ’šπŸ©·πŸ’™

A massive thank you to Annalisa from Relax & Reset Wellbeing Services for delivering her incredible Sensory Considerations & Regulation Workshop to our Swansea & NPT branch last week πŸ₯°

Their team learned so much, shared ideas, reflected on experiences and belly laughed their way through the session together 🀩 It was engaging, hands on, full of real conversations and not a PowerPoint in sight πŸ’ͺ

A huge thank you as well to Codi Group 104 Penderi for allowing us to use their beautiful building πŸ’œ

We are so proud to continue investing in learning, understanding and development so we can continue supporting our families in the best ways possible! Thanks to WCVA CGGC for their incredible support and funding 😍

We are absolutely THRILLED to announce that we have been nominated for the BBC Cymru Wales Make a Difference Awards 2026 πŸ’š

To even receive one nomination would have meant the world to us, so to learn that Team InclusAbility has been nominated for FOUR awards is incredibly special.

πŸ† InclusAbility CiC – Community Group Award
πŸ† InclusAbility CiC – The Active Award
πŸ† Anthony Q-F – The Volunteer Award
πŸ† Anthony Q-F – The Active Award

These awards celebrate individuals and groups who make a positive difference in their communities, and we feel genuinely honoured to have been nominated.

Most importantly, this recognition belongs to our whole community - our team, families, supporters, partners, and every person who attends our events, groups and activities. InclusAbility is built on people coming together to support one another, and we are so grateful to be part of such a caring and inclusive community.

We do what we do because we believe everyone deserves opportunities to feel included, valued, supported and seen. Through events, holidays, meals, social groups, outreach work, school support, training workshops, parent/carer support and much more, we simply try to create spaces where people can belong.

A huge THANK YOU to whoever nominated us - your kindness and support truly mean so much to us.

The finalists will be announced live on BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Cymru on Friday 19 June between 11am and 12 noon…wish us luck!
