Last Friday we got stuck into some gardening and beekeeping at the GRAFT Garden, an enclosed living oasis in the heart of Swansea Amgueddfa Genedlaethol y Glannau - National Waterfront Museum. This sustainable, organic growing space produces fruit, vegetables and herbs while encouraging participation, learning and conversation.
We suited up and got a hands-on look inside a working hive, learning about the life of a honeybee, inspecting the colony up close, and even keeping an eye out for the Queen Bee🍯✨
A fantastic day spent connecting with nature and learning how bees help keep spaces like this thriving 💚
