It was a real pleasure to visit Cwmgors RFC recently for a special mental health and wellbeing workshop, delivered in partnership with The Welsh Rugby Union.

Rugby clubs have always been so much more than just a place to play sport - they're the beating heart of communities across Wales, and Cwmgors is no exception. That's exactly why we're so passionate about bringing these vital conversations straight to the clubhouse, in a space where players already feel at home.

Evenings like this are just one piece of our wider partnership with the WRU - a partnership that delivers the WRU Mental Health Hub, based inside Cardiff's iconic Principality Stadium and run alongside The Royal Foundation, every Wednesday between 10am and 3pm.

We're absolutely made up to share that the Evofit Super 6 Touch Rugby Festival, held at Penybanc Rfc back in July, raised an incredible £3,500 for the Foundation! 🏉

This fantastic total will go directly towards supporting mental health and wellbeing services across our communities - helping us keep the conversation going and ensuring support is there for those who need it.

A special thank you to Matthew Williams and Hannah Jones for organising such a brilliant day, and to every single person who took part, cheered from the sidelines, or dug deep and donated. Your support means the world to us and helps us continue our mission of breaking down the stigma around mental health.

You can finish the day in style at Ammanford Cricket Club, as Dros Dro - winners of the 2025 Cân i Gymru (Song for Wales) - will be performing LIVE from 7:30pm 🎤✨
