Strength exercises are beneficial for ageing well.
Our "Step On" indoor walking session not only gets your steps in but we also incorporate falls prevention, strength training,great music and fun.
Every Thursday 1-2.30.
FREE with cuppa afterwards.

Join us for a 5 week nature-themed Calming Crafts course, inspired by the butterflies that visit our church garden 🌸🦋🌼

Each week there will be a different craft activity and the chance to relax and unwind 😌☕

How lucky we are to have the garden in full bloom and our blossom trees are flourishing this year.

If you want a change from TV and Britains got Talent then pop along to our Talent Show Fundraiser at Roker United Reformed Church 11/4/26.
You can pay on the door £5 or £3 concessions.
Doors open at 6pm and refreshments available.
Performances start at 6.30.
It's going to be a night of Music,Laughter and local talent.
