He helped build their club. Now his players will line up against them. 👀🏀

Coach Stevie helped build Hanley Hustlers. When the goals no longer aligned, he moved on and founded Next Play Basketball.

An academy in Staffordshire built around putting player development first — and recognising wins beyond the scoreboard.

There’s history here. For some, this fixture may feel deeply personal. For Next Play, it’s another opportunity for our players to face a challenge, learn under pressure and grow together.

We’re coming to compete. We want to win.

But our purpose won’t change with the final score. Every lesson, every challenge and every step forward gives our players something to build on.

Whatever the outcome, we win beyond the scoreboard. 🖤🧡
