Being water-safe is more important than ever now the warmer weather is here.
Remember-never enter lakes or pools in local parks or green spaces. Cold water shock and other hidden dangers make these waters unsafe.

If someoneโ€™s in trouble DONโ€™T jump in.
Instead:

Phone.
Float.
Throw.

Knowing what to do could save a mateโ€™s life.
Share this advice so others know too.

Motherhood can feel overwhelming, especially in the moments no one prepares you for.
The emotional shifts of Matrescence, the physical, psychological and identity changes that happen when we become mothers, can leave many women feeling isolated, anxious or unsure of themselves.

Thatโ€™s why peer support matters. ๐Ÿฉต

Being surrounded by women who truly understand the transition into motherhood can be a powerful protective factor for maternal mental health. Sometimes prevention begins simply by being seen, heard and reminded that you are not alone.

At Mothers Mind, we create safe spaces for honest conversations, shared experiences and gentle support through every stage of motherhood. No pressure. No judgement. Just women supporting women.

You do not need to be in crisis to deserve support.
Sometimes connection itself is the care.

If youโ€™ve been thinking about coming along, this is your reminder that there is space for you here.
