👏 Well done to everyone representing Pickleball Stirling at the Scottish Nationals! 🏓

What a fantastic turnout from the club over the last couple of days. There have been some brilliant performances, some fantastic games and plenty of very close results. It’s been great to see so many club members competing and supporting each other. 💪

Thursday – Gender Doubles
A special highlight was Linzie & Sharon reaching the semi-finals of the 3.5+50s — what an achievement! They came incredibly close in the semi-final, narrowly losing 11–10. After another close game in the 3rd/4th place play-off, they narrowly missed out again to finish a very credible 4th place, what a fantastic achievement 👏🏓

Friday – Mixed Doubles
Another great day saw Bernie & Brian reach the quarter-finals of the 3.5+60s, while Babs & Keith went one step further, reaching the semi-finals after winning all of their group games. Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be in the semi-final, with another very close game seeing them finish a fantastic 4th place. 🏆

Gavin and Andrew reached the semi final of mens open 50+ wining all but one of their games, great achievement in such a difficult category, however unfortunately due to illness they had to withdraw 🥲

Huge congratulations to Graeme Matheson in men’s singles 18+ reaching the semi finals.

Huge congratulations to everyone who has competed so far — you’ve done the club proud! ❤️💙

Good luck to everyone playing today and tomorrow! Go Pickleball Stirling!

Team Bruce travelled to Perth last week for their final match of a long league campaign.

There were some really close matches but they maintained our 100% record and got a great 7-2 victory. 16/16 is an amazing record to finish with.

Bring on the premier league
