ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

This is a moment that many of us at Darussalam Masjid will never forget.

Our beloved Shaykh, may Allah bless him and reward him, started teaching at 7:00 PM and continued until after 12:00 AM. That is more than five hours of teaching without leaving his seat. His energy never changed, and he continued sharing knowledge, wisdom, and benefit throughout the whole lesson.

The Shaykh has a vision. He wants to revive the study of the classical Islamic books and help raise the next generation of students of knowledge and scholars. He teaches with sincerity and dedication for the sake of Allah.

Brothers travelled from far away to attend. Some came from as far as Edinburgh, and others have even travelled from different parts of Europe to benefit from the Shaykh. Although the lesson lasted for many hours, it felt much shorter because of the benefit and knowledge being shared.

As a masjid, we are truly grateful to have Shaykh Abdulrahman Hassan with us. He is a great blessing for our community, and we can never thank him enough for his efforts.

May Allah bless him, preserve him, and increase him in goodness. May Allah make his knowledge a benefit for the people, raise his rank, and protect him from all evil.
