For parents of children on SEN Transport in Ealing:

We have received this message from the Ealing Transport team for parents:

"Due to ongoing capacity pressures within the SEND Transport Service, including a high volume of referrals, reviews, and transport arrangements, we will be operating our telephone service during peak periods when routes are running and prioritising time to resolve queries from parents and schools.
From Tuesday 6th October until Friday 31st October (subject to review), our phone lines will be available between:

• 7:00am to 10:00am
• 2:00pm to 5:00pm

This will allow the team to focus resource on processing referrals and implementing transport arrangements as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and continued support while we work through the current demand and remain committed to prioritising urgent and safeguarding matters."
