We are part of the CAP Group. Community Money Advice (CMA) is a national charity that for 25 years has enabled community groups to establish local, free to client, face to face money advice services, through the provision of a range of services including: industry standard training; approved sample policies and procedures; a freephone Adviceline; regional mentors; administration software and infor

mation resources. We are committed to supporting churches and other community groups with a vision to help people overcome their money problems and make a fresh start on a stable financial footing free from the blight of indebtedness.

📍 Could your town be the next CMA Debt Advice Centre?
Across London and the South East, too many people are struggling with debt without access to local, face-to-face support. That's why we're looking to grow the CMA network in communities where the need is greatest.

We're particularly interested in hearing from churches and organisations in:
• Canterbury
• Maidstone
• Chelmsford
• Harlow
• Stevenage
• Crawley
• Several areas across London

You don't need to be a debt expert to get started. If your church has a heart for serving the local community, CMA will provide the training, resources, ongoing support and a network of experienced centres to help you every step of the way.

Together, we can bring practical debt advice, hope and compassion to more communities. If you'd like to explore what starting a CMA Debt Advice Centre could look like, we'd love to hear from you.

🌟 Centre Spotlight: MK Money Lifeline
Since opening in 2011, MK Money Lifeline has been providing free, face-to-face debt advice across Milton Keynes. Led by Centre Manager Ian Anderson since day one, the charity's team of staff and volunteers helps people facing debt, budgeting challenges and financial hardship.

Working with churches, local organisations and Milton Keynes Food Bank, they provide one of the city's only regulated debt advice services outside Citizens Advice, ensuring people can access the support they need locally.

The team shared:
"We provide holistic advice; we don't give up on clients and take our duty of care seriously. Face-to-face advice without a waiting list is essential."

By combining expert debt advice with compassion and time to listen, MK Money Lifeline helps people find hope as well as practical solutions.
