Today marks the 82nd anniversary of D-Day.

We pause to remember the courage of those who landed in Normandy on 6 June 1944 and all who served during the Second World War. Their sacrifice secured the freedoms we enjoy today.

May we never forget their bravery, service, and sacrifice.

Tomorrow at 10:50am, members of the Branch will provide a small service at the War Memorial at St John’s Church to remember and honour those who gave so much for our freedom on VE Day.

All are welcome to join us as we pause to reflect and pay our respects. 🇬🇧
