Our sweet boy Healy who we so heartbreakingly lost along the way to a very short illness. Sometimes it can be so hard and rescue fighting against things that you don’t know I hidden beneath the surface until they show themselves.
This is part of the problem with people buying Kittens 🐾 off other people who won’t have known who the dad was & chances are they also didn’t get the mum cat from a rescue, therefore chances are mum cat would also probably never been fully health checked.

It’s so difficult because I’ve had people not adopt off us because they only want a single kitten in a household with no other Kittens 🐾 but I just feel like if you’re wanting that you can’t think selfishly and what you just want but also should think what’s the most beneficial thing for the kitten and unfortunately that is to also have a playmate of its own as no matter what as humans cannot give everything to a kitten that another cat or play mate can and that’s where problems can start to develop later on behavioural wise.

I think when people are just wanting to get a singular kitten, they should consider adopting a singular cat , there are so many lovely ones looking for homes that I don’t understand why it needs to be a kitten when a cat has just as much love to give some realistically they’re not much older than 1-2 years old half of the time meeting that they have so much life left and you can still live along happy life with them.

So please do consider doing that because in doing that you won’t just save one life but you’ll save too as it will free up space for another cat to be able to get into rescue out of a horrible situation.

Don’t just go and find one on Facebook from some backyard breeder just because it’s easier. Maybe just understand why rescues do what they do. We don’t do it cause it benefits us more. We make the decisions we do so it can benefit the cat or Kittens 🐾 the most.

Our beautiful Oreo is now officially reserved pending home check and we couldn’t be happier. And guess what? The adopter on the form click that she had seen us through Facebook, meaning one of your shares helped Oreo find her potential forever home.

So please, please keep sharing when you see a rehoming post! We cannot express it enough. You could be the difference of a cat or 2 finding their happy ever after. Don’t sit and just leave it thinking ‘well someone else will share’. You can do it too!!🐾

Tortie & Gerald came to us after their mum was found as a heavily pregnant stray. It was clear she had been owned and was nothing but loving and sweet. After just 24 hours of being in rescue, Crispy their mum then gave birth to 4 beautiful babies. These two being 2 of them 💜

Tortie is a slender young lady whose super affectionate, loves cuddles and loves showing interest in what you are doing. Tortie is also very talkative.
Gerald is a stunning lad and has fur like silk. He also loves cuddles and being able to sit with you.
They are super close and always want to know where the other one is. They like nothing better than snuggling up to each other. Both run and chase each other and often do ‘zoomies’ around the house.

Hi everyone! It’s just over a week till our games and quiz night and we are hoping this is the best one we’ve done. It’s on next Friday (31st). The games are better, more fun and after our cry out for prizes we’ve got some great ones lined up for you thanks to the kindness of so many.
•We have gift cards & vouchers of various prices including things like afternoon teas for 2, £20 m&s voucher, hair vouchers etc.

•we have bottles of alcohol including dead man fingers rum, normal & flavoured vodkas & gins, baileys, captain Morgan’s spiced rum & various proseccos and wines.

Our sweetheart and big charmer Albus has officially hit 6 months at his home and he’s doing amazing! Here is his update for you all:

‘6 months with Albus! 🤍🐱

Six months of sleeping wherever he pleases, chilling like a king, bounding over when called and climbing into every shopping bag! 🛍️ The kids at school even make him cat toys. He gives us his best disapproving looks and little chirps when dinner is late, and absolutely loves beard rubs and snuggles with Paul. 🥰

Everyone who meets him falls in love with him, and we can see why! ❤️ We’re so lucky to have this gorgeous boy in our lives. 🐾🤍’

Hello all. It’s FOOD FRIDAY (I forgot yesterday 😆)🥰

Where one Friday a month I re-share our Amazon wish list which comprises of food for all age ranges of cats as well as litter, cleaning products for the rescue, toys, beds, tests to help detect possible illness or issues in the animals. I’m doing it in the hopes that if people would prefer to buy stuff to help the cats in all kinds of ways rather than donate money, this is a way for you to help but also gives us hope that it can be at least a couple days or a week of not having to worry about paying to feed the cats or put litter in the trays or being able to keep them clean or even being able for us to detect problems earlier and focus more on our Vet bills that very qu**ky mount up when something really needs doing and it really helps us more then you know💜

We really do appreciate anything and I’ve tried to add as much as I can on the Wish List and make it so there is a variety of prices anything little or big helps. I believe there are things we can add on the wish list that then in turn can’t be bought. Our cuties Nala & Casper have hit the 9 month mark in their home and are thriving! Here is an update for you all🥰

‘Narla and Casper continue to enjoy their life with us. They both love the heated floor and feeling the wind on their faces. Both just love being close to us and feeling safe.’
