From musical chairs to CENTER STAGE! 😂❤️

This is how we Build confidence. Find your voice. Create together.

A little fun, a lot of laughter — this is Day 02 of our CREATIVE ARTS PROGRAMME: Out of the Shadows in action. Before our young people learn to move with confidence on stage, we build trust off stage.

4 days of magic:
DAY 01: Music + Vocals 🎤
DAY 02: Dance - Move with confidence 💃
DAY 03: Drama + Acting 🎭
DAY 04: Visual Arts + Set Design 🎨

Thrive Together Creative Arts Programme (CAP)is a short music, dance and drama programme, culminating in a performance for parents, families and the wider community.

Time: 10am–2pm

Staying Connected: Understanding Your Child in a Changing World

A three-part virtual series helping parents better understand disengagement, recognise changes in their children and strengthen communication and connection.

Session 2 – Spot the Signs:
A discussion with a youth, family or safeguarding organisation exploring the signs that a young person (12+) is struggling with their mental health. It will cover changes in behaviour, eating habits, friendships, school and online activity, alongside practical guidance on how parents can respond, start conversations and access support.
