⭐️Annual Fishing Match 2026⭐️
Huge thank you to all that attended today. 28 men and an 11 year old girl took part in today’s match with some great results. The weather wasn’t the best. It was freezing and wet and they all took part in aid of our son’s charity for hours!
Congratulations to our winner Kyle in first place! Followed by Kev in second place and Mick in third place.
Can I also add not a single man who won any money today took it. They all gave it back to the charity which is so generous & we’re very grateful💙 a few of them also gave us extra money, again it’s so kind and we’re very grateful💙
Thank you to our organiser Paul Fairhurst who does this every year off his own back and he does it with ease. - & thank you to Aston lakes for having us.
Lastly I can’t not mention the gang behind us. Our family and friends. - 10 hours they sat today in the cold wet weather supporting us like they do at every event. We always see who does and doesn’t show up. Those that do. We see you, we appreciate you & we love you!!
This day 3 years ago our boy went into surgery and never woke up but he was still there fighting. On Tuesday will mark the day we had to turn his life support off. A day we don’t want to see but we do it. Together.
