🌺 Remembrance Sunday 🌺

Today we pause to remember and give thanks to all those who have served and sacrificed for our peace and freedom.

At The Fun Hub Nursery, we have been talking about kindness, bravery, and helping others — values that remind us why we remember today. The children have made beautiful poppy crafts and shared their thoughts about what peace and friendship mean to them. ❤️

A small group of our children will also be visiting the local cenotaph to lay a homemade wreath as a special way to show our respect and remembrance.

We may be little, but even the smallest hands can hold big hearts.

We would like to thank South Yorkshire fire and rescue for the loan of a little red van to keep us on the road ❤️

We will be at all our food hubs this week. Stock will mainly be ambient and fruit and vegetables.
Still a great amount to stock your cupboards up. 🤗

We're excited to let you know that after our fantastic healthy lunch club, we're hosting a tea club! This is especially great for families with little ones, particularly if you're weaning your baby or getting ready to start. Come along on Monday 29th September and enjoy a yummy slow-cooked tea while you grab a free slow cooker and hand blender! We're excited to announce that we’re on the lookout for a passionate and cheerful Play Worker to join our lovely team at Ravenfield Academy!
This role is all about creating a safe and fun space for children aged 5-11 years. You’ll be facilitating play activities, supporting the well-being of our little ones, and helping them grow through creative and educational experiences.
