STILL TOP OF THE POPS!! 🎙

Redcar Athletic FC cemented their position at the top of the Northern Premier League last time out with a 2-1 away win at Ashton United. Dare we start to dream about back to back to back promotions? ⚽️⚽️⚽️🙏

After seeing off Guisborough Town in the 3rd qualifying round of the FA Trophy in September, the Steelmen are in action again today at 3pm in the FA Trophy 1st Round proper and are, yes you've guessed it, away to Ashton United again!

Just 5 home matches left for Athletic at Green Lane in 2026. First up is against Guiseley on Halloween, next Saturday October 31st. Let's keep our fingers crossed for another be(witch)ing display! 🧙‍♀️🤞⚽️

🌳 CARING FOR GREEN SPACES 🌳

The East Redcar Residents Association - ERRA teamed up with the outdoor maintenance lads Nigel and Phil at the Borough Park Bowls Club yesterday.

We were bowled over by the Community Payback youngsters who helped clear the border of one of the outdoor bowling greens, prior to the laying down of wood chippings to reduce future maintenance.

At the same time indoors, the men and women's teams were both victorious against Houghton-le-Spring and Hartlepool respectively.

A Win - Win - Win day 🏆🏆🏆
