A friend recently said of the Sunday Alternative - “On a Sunday morning, you just can’t beat it”. Well, this month she’s wrong - you can, because, we are running a free drumming circle session.

Why is that cool? Recent research indicates that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and assists in releasing emotional trauma. It’s fun.

No experience of drumming is required - the session is aimed at non-drummers. Led by the lovely Susie Hurley of Berkshire Wellness, you will experience the joy of group drumming and the chance to play with the band!!!

Sunday 26th May at the Rising Sun Arts Centre, 30 Silver Street, Reading, RG1 2ST. Doors open at 10:30 am for teas and chats. The Assembly begins at 11 am and ends at about 12:15 pm. Then more coffee and cakes until 1 pm. After we find a pub or a picnic in the park if the weather is kind.
