THINKING OF MAKING A FRESH START WITH YOUR HEALTH? ENROL ON THIS FREE COURSE IN HESKETH BANK!

The WLBC Wellbeing Team are looking for 6 people to enrol on our NEW 10 week weight management course, 'Walk This Weigh'.

Where: Hesketh Bank Community Centre

Start dates: Weds 24th June: 3pm - 4:30pm

Friday 3rd July 2pm - 3:30pm

Cost: FREE FREE FREE !

Topics discussed include: The science of how to lose weight (fat mass), heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, visceral fat, insulin resistance, time restricted eating, how to improve your relationship with foods, how to break craving habits and much more! If you enjoyed Michael Mosley's programmes/books you'd love this course!
