Can you offer practical support to help the client maintain independence in their home and within the community?
Would you be able to encourage and promote the client's independence while providing safe, respectful, and person-centred support?

Mileage expenses will be paid by the employer for work-related travel.

Personal Assistant/Companion

We are looking for someone to support a young man and act as a friend and mentor. Ideally with experience or knowledge of Autism and anxiety.
Your duties will include providing companionship and support to build confidence and promote independence and access the community for social/leisure activities. No personal care is involved just reassurance and a calm, positive attitude as he can be anxious when leaving the house.
