Pastoral Worker - HMNB Devonport, Plymouth

Aggie Weston’s is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pastoral Worker to join our team at HMNB Devonport.

This rewarding role places you at the heart of the Naval community, providing pastoral support to serving personnel. Working closely with the Chaplaincy Team and other welfare organisations, you will build trusted relationships, offer a listening ear, identify areas of need, and help connect people with the support available to them.

As a Pastoral Worker, no two days are the same. You may be supporting an individual through a challenging period, helping to deliver activities, working alongside partner organisations, or engaging with personnel across the Naval Base. Through your presence and support, you will play a vital role in enhancing wellbeing and strengthening the Naval Family.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a desire to make a meaningful difference within the Royal Navy community.
