Today I removed my varroa treatment and I was really happy to find lots of bees and heavy supers (winter food).

When it gets really cold I’ll wrap the hives in a thermal vest and start Oxalic Acid treatment.

Crazy one sting turned me into Quasimodo! 🔔 😂

I’ve been stung hundreds of times on my hands, legs, neck but never on my face! I’ve never had a reaction until I was stung on my lip!

I had a hole in my veil!

Back in June. Myself and John from John Stamatis | British Beekeeper 🐝 were invited to a primary school in Bristol to give a short presentation on beekeeping and honeybees to the children in Year 6.

We attended the Christ Church COE primary school and it was quality! Great engagement from the children and as with all children they were full of questions.

Great to be helping John Stamatis | British Beekeeper 🐝 again and hopefully we’ll get to do it again soon 🐝 💪
