👉️ Here's what we discussed at our April catch up:

💚 A number of lovely recent meetings with local organisations, we're very proud to be part of a fantastic network that aims to build a better future for young people in Neath Port Talbot;
💚 Our upcoming workshop. We hit a bit of a snag when trying to align schedules for this event, but are confident that we'll be able to deliver an impactful workshop this Autumn.

🔦 Spotlight on our Monthly Meeting 🔦

This month, we focused on preparing our annual accounts and then finalised our plan for our upcoming workshop which will be supported by our grant from Briton Ferry Community Shop!

Each year when we prepare our accounts, we are required to submit a Community Benefit Statement to ensure our work meets the criteria of being a Community Interest Company. When reflecting on the period September 2024 to August 2025, here's what we identified as our key activities:

🟢 Increased Transparency
🟢 Sharing Guidance
🟢 Expanding our Mentorship Programme
🟢 Local Outreach

We love working with young people and local partners to deliver this work 💚. We'd like to give an extra shoutout to everyone who has supported our fundraising efforts in recent years; you made our stationary pack project possible!

📢 We have some fantastic news to start 2026, the Austin Bailey Foundation has awarded Possible Pathways a grant! We have BIG plans for this project. It will support our mission of breaking down barriers and encouraging young people in Neath Port Talbot to explore professional and educational opportunities.

🎅 Happy Holidays! Our Directors have taken a pause this month after a very busy November, which included workshops, a grant ceremony, and plenty of planning meetings. We hope all of our followers have a fantastic festive break and we look forward to updating you in the new year.🎅
