Last June we had great success in bringing together an exhibition of photographs, textile creations and group work from across the city. Due to it's success, it is hitting the road!! Heading to four of the Wellbeing Hubs next week with workshops, so see if you can join us!

Then on Thursday 1st October come and celebrate the International Older Person's Day, 10-2pm, across Plymstock Library, Age UK's Plymstock building, and Plymstock Community Centre.

It waslovely to visit our local Elm Community Centre and Wellbeing Hub this morning as they have just been awarded a grant of £500 from The Asda Foundation. This grant will be used to bring back their adult seated yoga classes.

The community centre provides a vital home away from home for so many people in our local community and it’s great to know that they can continue doing the wonderful work that they do.
