❤Why not get donate to an amazing charity and get yourself a little present for doing it.

❤I have made little poetry boxes and all profits will go to my local homeless shelter/ food bank.

❤ you will receive a box with 10 individually painted pictures with my own poetry on the back.

Just as you feel powerful and adequate on your own he returns to try to make some sort of amends and tries to position himself on top of the mansion he never partook in building. He tries to position himself on top of the mansion expecting to find a weeping, lonely, tired shell and is shocked to find a strong lioness, a lioness that could so easily hunt and swallow as slowly as he removed each brick. As he tried to position himself on the newly built mansion, he tries to say that you could not hunt on your own, that you would never make it. That you need him, and his inconsistency. The lioness roared with laughter at his ridiculous words. Roared so hard and so loud that he toppled backwards off the top of the newly built mansion. He picked himself up feeling so very sad and so very sorry for himself and hobbled away. Obviously the narcissist is never the villain. They are always the hero or the victim. So as he hobbled away he tried to make others feel sorry for him and his fall from your newly built mansion.

🌞 TIME TO YOURSELF 🌞
Having time to yourself is so important! The busier you are the more likely you are to benefit from some quiet time. Here are some science backed reasons why spending time on your own is important.

1) Spending time alone increases empathy 🥰 - it can develop more compassion for people who doesn't fit into your 'inner circle'

2) solitude increases productivity - being surrounded by people can kill productivity. People perform better when they have a little privacy

3) Being on your own can spark your creativity - being on your own gives your brain a chance to wander, which can help you become more creative

4) Being alone can help build mental strength - being able to have alone time increases happiness, better life satisfaction and improve stress management. People who enjoy time alone experience less depression.

5) Solitude helps you know yourself - it helps you become comfortable in your own skin.

Try to set a few minutes each day to be alone with your thoughts - just 10 minutes a day can help. Silence all your electronics and allow yourself to think for a few minutes.

If you aren't used to being on your own it can be uncomfortable at first. But creating that quiet time for yourself could be key to becoming the best version of yourself.

🍓 changing habits to have a healthier lifestyle! 🍓

Our busy lifestyles can be hard on our families health.👨‍💻 Rushing to and from school and work can make it hard to find time to be physically active.🏃‍♂️ We can also slip into the habit of choosing un- healthy snacks 🍪 and take away food 🍟 or spending our free time watching TV🖥 or in front of the computer. 💻

However these choices can be bad for both ourselves and our children, that's why it's so important to stop, take stick and make conscience decisions to follow a healthy lifestyle. -----
So here are 5 simply ways you and your family can get a a healthy lifestyle back on track. -
-🍓🍉 get active each day - you should get at least 60minutes of physical activity every day!!!! 💃🏽🧗‍♀️🏊‍♀️⛹🏽‍♂️🤹‍♂️

- 🍓🍉 choose water as a drink - it is the best way to quench your thirst! 🥤

-🍓🍉 eat more fruit and vegetables - aim to eat two serves of fruit and five serves of veg a day 🍇🍌🍍🥑🥕🥦🥗

-🍓🍉 switch off the screen and get active - young people should not spend more than two hours a day on small screen entertainment. Plan a range of activities for your children to do instead. ⚽️🎾🏏🎳🎨🥊🏸🥋🥅
