Connect to Work is a FREE, personalised one-to-one employment support programme designed for people who face significant barriers to securing or retaining work, and Triple A Project is one of the organisations delivering this support!

Participation is entirely voluntary, and there's no risk of sanctions from the DWP if you choose to be involved or not. Plus there is a real focus on finding the right work for you, that fits well with your skill, goals and need for reasonable adjustments.

We will provide direct one-to-one support for those who are either looking for work, or who are already in work but need support to thrive or progress in the workplace. Support can last up to 12 months or three months if you are in work and seeking support.

Initial enquiries go through Inspira at:
https://www.inspira.org.uk/connect-to-work-enquiry
Where you'll get the opportunity to speak with someone who will help you explore your options and refer you through to us if Triple A Project is the right fit your you.

In the "where did you hear about the service?" box on the form, click "other" and then write Triple A in the text box. If you struggle with online forms you can contact the Triple A Team and we will fill in the form on your behalf.

Here at Triple A Project we have two social groups exclusively for autistic women who live in Cumbria. One in based in person in Barrow, and the other is held online via zoom so it can be accessed by autistic women all over the county.

These social groups are a great opportunity to meet some people who’ve had similar experiences and exchange ideas as well as just have a chat.

Please visit https://tripleaproject.org.uk/social-groups/ if you're interested in finding out more or signing up.

We're going to be hosting a 🎮Party Games Night 🎮 for autistic adults who live in and around Penrith on the 30th of June!

We're planning to hold a Mario Kart tournament to see just who is the very best kart racer!

Party Games night are designed to bring people together who want to play multiplayer games like Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Jackbox games, etc but maybe don't have a wide enough circle of IRL friends locally who are interested in these kinda games, that really are better played together in person.

And as the events are for autistic adults aged 18+, we aim to create a safe and welcoming environment that everyone can feel comfortable in whether they choose to play along or not.

If you've been to one of our social groups or events before just let us know you want to come along via email, or if you have any questions, drop us an email: [email protected]

If you're new to Triple A Project, sign up for the event via our social groups referral form and we'll send you the full details near the time: https://tripleaproject.org.uk/social-groups
