Shaw Trust Norwich Shaw Trust is a national charity working to create brighter futures for the people and communities we serve.

The charity was formed in 1982 in the village of Shaw in Wiltshire to support local disabled people to find employment. Since then Shaw Trust has grown in reach and now supports over 50,000 people a year to live independent and inclusive lives. Today we provide employment opportunities, skills development training and health and well-being services across the UK. We operate charitable social enter

prises, retail shops and work alongside Shaw Education Trust, which runs a diverse chain of academy schools. With over 1,100 staff and a network of 1,000 volunteers, Shaw Trust delivers its services on behalf of a range of commissioners including the Department for Work and Pensions, the National Offender Management Service, the department for Business, Innovation and Skills, and local authorities. As a charity, we also add value to every service we deliver by investing back into community projects such as our social enterprises, national volunteering scheme and establishing Community Hubs in the communities we serve.
