🎃 Today at Willow’s we celebrated National Pumpkin Day with a pumpkin carving competition! 🎃

It was a close call, but congratulations to TOP FLOOR 🏆 who won the prize to share! 👏🎉

A big thank you to our judges, Karen & Jo, for the tough decision! 😂🎃

Well done everyone! 🧡

⏰🍂 DON’T FORGET… THE CLOCKS GO BACK TONIGHT! 🍂⏰

🎉 GOOD NEWS, EVERYONE! 🎉

You’re getting AN EXTRA HOUR IN BED! 🛌😴💤

At 2am tonight, the clocks go back one hour, meaning an extra 60 minutes of sleep, snuggles and cosy duvet time! 🥰☕️

No need to rush out of bed tomorrow morning… just roll over, snuggle down and enjoy that extra hour! 😂❤️

📱 Don’t forget to change any clocks that don’t update automatically!

👇 WHO’S PLANNING ON SPENDING THAT EXTRA HOUR IN BED TOMORROW? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️🤣

🎃👻 It’s been a busy couple of days here at Willows! 😂

We’ve shouted BINGO! 🎱, got creative with some Halloween art 🎨👻, and headed out on a pumpkin shopping mission 🎃🛍️ (because apparently one can never have too many pumpkins! 🤣).

We’ve been dabbing, crafting and pumpkin picking our way through the week… all in the name of fun! 🧡

Safe to say, we’ve had a gourd time! 🎃😂 And with all this excitement, we might need a little rest before the next adventure! 😴🤣

🌿✨ What a wonderful week we’ve had here at Willows! ✨🌿

It was a week full of creativity, connection, laughter and some lovely new experiences. 💚

🎨 We got creative with Katie from Creative Communities, enjoying a fantastic stained glass activity. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, choosing their designs and creating something beautiful to take away. 🌈

🎓 We were also delighted to welcome some Year 12 students from Downe House School for a lovely visit. It was a pleasure to spend time together, share stories and enjoy some great conversations. 💕

🎃 And today, we got into the autumn spirit with some fabulous pumpkin floristry! 🌸🎃 There were some wonderfully creative arrangements taking shape, with plenty of colour, imagination and seasonal fun. 🍂

A huge thank you to Katie and Creative Communities, the students and staff from Downe House School, and everyone who has helped make this such a memorable week. 💚

Here’s to another week filled with creativity, friendship, community and plenty of happy memories! 🌸✨

🐾 Yesterday we had a very special visitor… the gorgeous Ruby! 🐶❤️

There was plenty of fuss, lots of treats, endless cuddles and, of course, a serious amount of waggy-tail action! 🥰🐾

Ruby definitely knows how to make herself at home and honestly, we weren’t complaining! 😂💕

Come back soon, Ruby! 🐶🐾❤️

🎉 What a busy couple of weeks we’ve had! 🎉

There’s been plenty going on, with lots of fun, creativity, music and good company along the way! ❤️

🎶 We enjoyed some lovely hymn singing
🎨 Got creative with Creative Communities
🕰️ Took a trip down memory lane with Vintage with Karen & Jennifer from the Methodist Church.

It’s been brilliant seeing everyone getting involved, having a go and enjoying themselves. 😊

Here are just a few snaps from some of the activities we’ve been getting up to — and there’s plenty more to come! 📸

🌟 STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK AT WILLOWS EDGE! 🌟

What a fantastic week we’re having celebrating the amazing team here at Willows Edge! 💕👏

We kicked things off with a little bit of fun (and plenty of laughter!) as our management team bravely joined in with the Granny Pants Game! 👵🩲😂

It certainly gave our staff, residents and visitors a good chuckle — and there were some very questionable granny pants on display! 🤣 The best part was seeing everyone getting involved and having such a brilliant time together. ❤️

Today was Treat Tuesday 🍰🍫☕ — because our wonderful staff deserve a little extra sweetness!

And tomorrow… it’s CRAZY SOCK DAY! 🧦🌈🤪

So, if you’re popping into Willows Edge tomorrow, why not join in the fun and wear your craziest, brightest or most outrageous socks? Residents, families, visitors and staff, everyone’s invited! 🥰
