🐴 71% of children are more relaxed and settled at school or college because of Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA)

🤩 80% of parents/carers surveyed think the changes in participants wouldn’t have happened without RDA

🐴 Did you know there are 2800 equines across the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) network 🐴

Horses are making a huge difference to participants lives with 72% better able to regulate emotions and 63% reporting a long term improvement in mood.

Volunteering makes such a difference - the sense of fulfilment you get from just a smile is like no other ☺️🙌🏻

It’s The Big Help Out weekend... have you got a few hours to spare? 👀

At RDA, that time could mean helping a participant take the reins, build confidence and experience the joy of being around horses.

No two volunteering roles look the same, you could be supporting sessions, caring for horses, helping to make the tea and coffee or helping your local group run smoothly. But every role makes a real difference!
