We are a charity providing free, confidential, independent, and impartial advice. We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating.

Sometimes people don’t know how to deal with them and need help to overcome them. At Citizens Advice Milton Keynes, we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice. Our service empowers and supports residents to move forward whatever the problem. If you or someone you know is stuck and in need of some help, our expert advisers are fully trained, and quality checked to give you advice on a range of issues. From debt, benefits, employment, immigration, housing and more. Please take note that for privacy and confidentiality reasons, we cannot provide individual advice here.

Our Works for Us team are delighted to introduce a Fully Funded Google Ai Course eligible to Milton Keynes residents. Helping people develop in-demand digital skills and boost their career prospects.

Delivered in partnership with Good Things Foundation, the online programme provides practical AI knowledge, digital skills training, and weekly support to help learners succeed. No previous AI experience is required, although participants should have a basic level of digital skills.

The flexible course can be completed at your own pace and must be finished within three months of enrolment.

Meet our Carers Support Network 💙

Citizens Advice Milton Keynes leads the new Carers Support Network in partnership with Milton Keynes City Council, working alongside a range of specialist organisations to provide coordinated support for unpaid carers across Milton Keynes.

These organisations include CHUMS, Mind BLMK, Age UK, Alzheimer's Society, Talkback UK, Coram Family Lives and Mobilise.

This service is for unpaid carers people who look after a friend or family member due to illness, disability, mental health needs, addiction, neurodivergence, or age-related conditions.

Together, the network ensures carers can access the right help, at the right time whether that’s advice, emotional support, peer connection, or specialist services tailored to their circumstances.
