We're looking for a friendly, organised and approachable Customer Co-ordinator to join our team at Legacy in the Community!

This role is all about making sure people feel welcomed and supported from their very first contact with us.

You'll play an important part in our Working on Wellbeing project, helping to manage referrals, welcome new participants, coordinate appointments and work alongside our Employment Advisers to make sure everyone gets off to the best possible start.

If you're a great communicator, enjoy keeping things organised and want to make a difference within a small, supportive charity, we'd love to hear from you!

📍 Hybrid working, supporting Powys and West Wales
🕒 15 hours per week (flexible)
💷 £25,467 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (until 31st March 2027)

We're looking for a friendly, motivated and compassionate Employment Adviser to join our team at Legacy in the Community, supporting individuals with disabilities and long-term health conditions across Powys and West Wales.

📍 Hybrid working
🕒 Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (30 hours)
💷 £25,467 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
📅 Fixed-term until 31 March 2027

At Legacy in the Community, our ALN provision is designed to help young people build confidence, develop employability skills and explore their future in a way that works for them.
From career exploration and workplace preparation to communication, confidence building and practical sessions, we tailor our support around each individual’s abilities, interests and goals.
We also work closely with schools, colleges, families and partner organisations to help young people take positive steps towards education, training, volunteering and employment.

💚 Building a stronger, more inclusive organisation starts with our own team.
From team meetings and shared planning to training and development, we’re always looking at how we can strengthen the way we work and the support we provide across our communities.
As a Disability Confident Leader, inclusion is something we want to embed in everything we do, not simply talk about. That means continuing to learn, sharing knowledge across the team and making sure our own workplace reflects the values we encourage other organisations to adopt.

Last week, Emily, our ALN Coordinator, visited Beechwood College for a taster and introduction session with some of the students.
The session was all about getting to know the group, discussing their goals, abilities and existing knowledge, and exploring the career sectors they are most interested in.
Together with the college, we looked at the different roles that sit within each sector, helping students think beyond the most obvious job titles and start considering a wider range of possibilities.
It was brilliant to see everyone getting involved, sharing ideas and really starting to think outside the box with enthusiasm. 💚
A lovely first session, and a great starting point for building confidence and exploring future opportunities.

From meeting organisations doing brilliant work in their communities to sharing our own services and building new partnerships, every conversation helps us better understand where support is needed and how we can work together.
