Did you know?
The Purple Pound represents the spending power of households with at least one disabled person and is worth an estimated £274 billion every year to the UK economy.
Accessibility and inclusion aren't just the right thing to do. They make good business sense too.

Emily our ALNCo has been at Heol Goffa delivering a sessions on communication, confidence and work skills.
The sessions explore the importance of confidence building and effective communication, including body language, active listening and using the telephone to gather information about job opportunities.
These skills are not only valuable in the workplace but also in everyday life.
It’s always fantastic to see learners engaging with practical activities that help build confidence, independence and readiness for future opportunities.

The success of INCLUDE wasn't measured by attendance numbers alone, but by the ideas, commitments and conversations that left the room with people at the end of the day.
If there was one message that echoed throughout the event, it was that creating more accessible and supportive workplaces is everyone's responsibility, and meaningful change often starts with small actions.
We hope attendees have left feeling more confident, better informed and inspired to continue those conversations within their own organisations.
Thank you for being part of the journey. We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to work together to create opportunities for disabled people and individuals with long-term health conditions across Wales.

Thank you to our speakers for sharing their expertise, experiences and insights so openly. Your contributions created meaningful conversations and gave attendees practical ideas they can take back into their organisations.
Thank you to our event partners, supporters and exhibitors for helping us create a welcoming and informative experience for everyone in attendance.
And a special thank you to the National Botanic Garden of Wales for hosting us in such a fantastic setting.
Finally, thank you to for capturing the day so brilliantly, these images will help us celebrate and remember the impact of the event for years to come.

Last Wednesday, we welcomed over 80 employers, professionals, partners and advocates from across Wales to INCLUDE: Working Together to Build a More Inclusive Workforce.
What stood out most wasn't just the presentations or discussions, but the willingness in the room to listen, learn and share experiences. From inclusive recruitment and workplace support to accessibility and lived experience, the conversations throughout the day highlighted a shared commitment to creating workplaces where more people can thrive.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the day such a success. The discussions don't end here, and we hope the learning and connections made at INCLUDE continue long after the event itself.

We were delighted to welcome Jones MP to the charity this morning for a cuppa and a chat.

We discussed the importance of local support services, maintaining strong community links, and the challenges currently facing the third sector. During his visit, Gerald also congratulated us on securing National Lottery Community funding for our Period Poverty Project.
It was a really positive conversation about how partnership working and community collaboration can help create stronger, more supportive communities for everyone.
We’re very grateful to Gerald for taking the time to visit and spend the morning with us.
