Got an electrical item or a small piece of furniture that needs repairing??🪛🔨😀 Bring it along to Moss Side Repair Cafe at the Boiler House this Saturday 10am-12pm. A volunteer fixer will do their best to repair it, whilst showing you how to complete the repair! Please only bring one item so we can see as many people as possible. See you Saturday!

Moss Side Repair Cafe is back this Saturday 10-12 House 😃Put a spring in your step and get a household electrical item or small piece of furniture fixed for FREE by one of the volunteers! 🔧🔨😃They will also show you what they are doing, to give you a little bit more confidence around repairing your own items. Please only bring one item so we can see as many people as possible. First come first served. 👍See you Saturday!

Moss Side Repair cafe will be returning on the 30th November 10-12, it will be the last one of the year so get those repairs in before Christmas! 🔧🎄 The fantastic volunteers can repair electrical items, small pieces of furniture and clothing. Please only bring one item so we can see as many people as possible.
If you are super handy at repairs with clothing, electrical items or furniture, and you would like to volunteer a couple hours a month, we would love to hear from you!

We run a Repair Cafe and we need volunteers to repair things. Are you the sort of person who hates throwing things away and tries to mend stuff, then you are the kind of person we need! 🪛🧰😊
You don’t need to know how to mend everything but you need to be willing to try, and to share your knowledge with and learn from other volunteers. The kind of things that we need volunteers to mend are:
electrical appliances e.g. hoovers, toasters, kettles and food processors, electronics including PCs and laptops, toys, jewellery, clothes. and furniture.
